The promoter of this competition is Simplify Living by Hope E-Commerce Enterprises PTY LTD (ABN: 70 676 125 732) of Level 18, 324 Queen Street, Brisbane City, QLD, 4000. Contact: customercare@simplifyliving.com.au.
2.1. Entry is open to legal residents of Australia, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and New Zealand, aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
2.2. Employees of Hope E-Commerce Enterprises Pty Ltd and their immediate family members are ineligible to enter.
2.3. This giveaway is void where prohibited by law. Entrants are responsible for ensuring their participation complies with their local laws and regulations.
3.1. The Valentine’s Day giveaway will run between February 1st and February 28th 2026, with the winner announced on February 28th.
3.2. The total prize pool for this promotion is capped at $10,000 AUD in the form of a travel voucher
3.3. Hope E-Commerce Enterprises Pty Ltd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.
4.1. To enter the giveaway, participants must purchase any Simplify Living product and answer a question at checkout: "Where would $10k take you in 2026 and why?"
4.2. Each order and question answer is counted as one (1) entry. Participants may enter multiple times.
4.3. By entering, participants grant Hope E-Commerce Enterprises Pty Ltd an irrevocable, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, modify, adapt, publish, and publicly display their submitted content (including images, videos, and captions) for marketing and promotional purposes across all media channels, including social media, website, email campaigns, and advertising.
4.4. Participants waive any moral rights to the extent permitted by law.
5.1. Valentine’s Day $10k travel voucher giveaway: The Simplify Living marketing team will select the winner based on the originality of the answer provided to the question: "Where would $10k take you in 2026 and why?"
5.2. This is a game of skill, and chance plays no part in determining the winner.
6.1. $10,000AUD travel voucher
6.2. Currency conversions are based on exchange rates at the time of prize issuance.
6.3. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for other goods or services.
7.1. The Valentine’s Day giveaway winner will be announced on February 28th
7.2. The winner will also be contacted via phone and email. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, Hope E-Commerce Enterprises Pty Ltd reserves the right to select another winner.
8.1. Personal details provided by winners will only be used for prize distribution and will not be shared with third parties.
8.2. By entering, participants agree to Hope E-Commerce Enterprises Pty Ltd using their content and social media handles for promotional purposes.
9.1. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or any other platform.
9.2. Hope E-Commerce Enterprises Pty Ltd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time.
9.3. To the extent permitted by law, Hope E-Commerce Enterprises Pty Ltd is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in this competition.
